NetworkHER was created by Francesca Lana, Jackie Cuyvers and Liya Dossybieva to connect, empower and support powerful women globally. Each of our members lives between New York City and London – with a few other locales thrown in. Each of the founders bring a wealth of global business expertise and extensive personal and professional networks.
Francesca Agostinelli is the quintessential connector, effectively taking over from Lois Weisberg. An active member in many charities, Francesca is the owner of ERA a global luxury realty brokerage. She splits her time between New York and London and is an active board member and supporter of charities that support women, children and veterans.
Jackie Cuyvers has years of supporting women’s entrepreneurship through incubators, workshops and conferences for women entrepreneurs. She is the CEO and Co-founder of The Conversationalist Agency, a global social insights company based in London with employees in over 100 countries. She has an MBA in Marketing and when not traveling for work, can usually be found chasing after her children through the parks of London.
Liya Dossybieva is an Operational Excellence expert, strategy and business transformation leader with 16 years of international experience in hydrocarbons exploration and production operations. Liya delivered projects and provided advisory services for global energy and oil & gas companies like Shell, BP, BG, ENI, TOTAL in Australia and South East Asia, Central Asia, Europe, Middle East.
